Generosity is common to us, Sophies. Being generous is a good deed right? But we are way over the top. We are above limits.
Yes, we share our pad papers to ones who need them. We also lend our ballpoint pens to those people whose pens leaked. We also share our food to them. We share everything we have to ones in need.
We share ideas. We share happiness and sadness. BUT, here's one thing not so common to all of us. We share one cup or one straw just to have a sip of what our classmates are drinking. I know it is kind of disgusting. But we put no worries at that. As they say, "we are one." That's why we share one straw. (HAHA!)
I remember bringing milk tea to school. Everyone noticed me and started to ask for a sip or two. I allowed them. Later I realized, almost everyone, girl or boy had taken a sip of my milk tea. I felt disgusted at first but I came to adapt it. We imagined falling in a straight line, passing one drink and taking a sip of it until the drink goes to the last person in the line and he/she would pass it back and take a the person next to him will take a sip and pass it until the drink gets back to the first person. Weird. It is also a way of saving money. (Joke)
This is normal for us because we feel comfortable to each other. You may feel disgusted, but we don't. (now)

INVISIBLE
I never imagined to be visible in school. In my elementary years, I was totally invisible. My classmates never knew me until sixth grade. I was a girl under a blanket afraid to show myself. Yes I remember all of them. All of the silly things they did back then. But they don't remember me. They never knew I existed for the past nine years.
We were together since kinder 2.We attended the same class, activities, we all performed together, and we shared the same stage. We danced, performed a play, but they don't remember me performing with them. I go to school exactly at the time classes start. I go home the time the bell rings. Maybe that is the reason why they don't know me.
We were classmates again in first grade, yet only a few people know me. Even if I joined every quiz bees science and math, they never notice me. I was an underdog until fourth grade. I never belong to a group of friends. Never. But my life gradually changed in fifth grade. I continued to excel in my studies. I continued joining quiz bees and activities. And continued joining them not as a person but as a classmate. But I started to have group of friends and they started to know who I am.
People knew me from then on. They talk to me now. They share what they want to say to me now. I am now part of their lives. I am now visible. I continued to join activities. maybe now, I became more confident. But older school mates would always ask me where I studied elementary. I tell them, "here." But they can't believe it. they always thought I was a transferee.
I started to mingle with my classmates. We always talk about the past. The experiences we had in elementary, the thing that I was there. But when I tell them that I was there, I knew what happened, they couldn't believe it. They say that they never knew I was their classmate until fifth or sixth grade. And I explain them everything, but they never know I existed.
But I am here now, with them, having fun, making new experiences. A new and confident me. I am not afraid to show myself anymore. BE CONFIDENT! SHOW THE REAL YOU!

Wrong Timing
Why is it that when we love someone, they don't love you back? And when you finally got over him, he'll come.
It is ironic when the people ignore the ones who love them and love the ones who ignore them. It is also funny when we love them, they love another person, and when he comes back, you're not ready. The feelings come back again and then they found someone else better. Crazy, right?
"If you love someone, set them free. If they come back, they're yours; If they don't they never were" as the saying says. but for me. If they come back, oh please, I've been hurt and that's not going to happen again. SHOO SHOO! (joke). If they don't, they found someone better.
If you're young and you think you're ready, think again. There are a lot of chances you might take later. A lot of risks. Decide when the right time comes. Not when every person comes.
WORRY ABOUT LOVING YOURSELF INSTEAD OF LOVING THE IDEA OF OTHER PEOPLE LOVING YOU. :)

Me
Since I started my blog, I haven't introduced myself properly to you, my dear followers. The description box found at the left side of the page cannot handle everything that's about me. So here are 10 facts bout me.
1. I sing a lot. I love music.
- I may not have the best voice in the world, but I love to sing even if I sing the wrong lyrics. Even I get out of tune. I love music. It calms me down. Put my earphones on and forget the drama, forget the world for minutes.
2. I like red.
- Red may be the color of blood, it may refer to the monsters in movies. But red is my favorite color. I also like looking at blood. disgusting, isn't it? And I like red because for me it symbolizes passion.
3. I get annoyed you ask a lot of questions.
- Who wouldn't hate answering a lot of questions? Some may feel like they're a celebrity. But for me, it's not. It annoys me to death. My blood rises up to my brain.
4. I don't like touching dead insects.
- It is disgusting for me to touch dead insects. When I want to get rid of them, I get something like a stick to get them out of my sight. Even a dead mosquito. Weird, right?
5. I want to be an action star.
- It amazes me to see girls playing a lead role in an action movie. Sometimes, I put myself in their shoes. If it was me, will it still be great to watch? Will I do those stunts without fear? Or will I end up dead after jumping off a cliff to save the money stolen from the bank or after getting shot saving a billionaire's child.
6. I eat a lot.
- I can eat three to four meals of my favorite fast food plus fries for snacks. I eat when I'm bored. And I have my own stock of food in my room for me to eat. Some girls become conscious about their weight. But I don't. I have a fast metabolism inherited from my grandmother. So, no worries! Enjoy food!
7. I have insane friends.
- I have a friend that has a unique laugh. She can make everyone laugh because of her laugh. A friend that eats a lot but doesn't get fat. A friend that talks like a gay, kicks so hard, stands gracefully, has a scary stare, who ignores us when she's concentrating on a cellphone application, one that's conservative, who does everything and makes us laugh, and one who has a lot of other 'bestfriends.' We may all be different but if you put us together, you might want to join our crazy time.
8. I sing, act, dance in front of the mirror
- Before I go to bed or take a bath, I look my self in front of the mirror, play a nice song, sing, dance, or maybe act. I smile, cry (a fake one), do everything I want. And laugh about it later.
9. I am not a fan of smokers.
- I seriously hate people smoking in front of me. The smell of smoke takes my breath away. (HAHA)
10. I love shoes.
- Shoes are a woman's best accessory. It takes you to better places.
All I can say is that I AM ME. ORIGINAL.

Boyce Avenue
Above is the song called "Fix You" by Coldplay and Boyce Avenue made a cover of it. It sounds relaxing. The song is motivating and inspiring for me. I suggest when you listen to this song, open a new youtube tab and search "Rainy mood" and play the songs simultaneously. It's relaxing. Forget your problems for 3 minutes! :)
It's SUMMER!!!
It's February and within a month, it is going to be Summer season here in the Philippines. Everyone's excited to have fun under the sun with friends and family. This season is the chance for the students to take a rest after 9 months of school. and the perfect time to unwind!
School will end a few weeks from now. Students have all the time to spend hugging theirs pillows and do whatever they want. Time to read a bunch of books for the bookworns, play computer games for the computer literates, practice sports for jocks, and watch movies and series for TV addicts. We also can't forget that it is the time to party! People will be asleep all day and awake all night the whole summer.
For me, I am going to have a lot of workshops with my friends. Drawing (because I need improvement), dancing, voice lesson (because I really want to have a nice voice and I love music), journalism workshop, and play tennis. Of course that's just an ambition. But we are planning to do that the whole summer. But we think that these can't fit in just one summer. And that will be tiring too. We all want to rest and forget the problems and stress in school. And I want to do workshops because I don't want to have darker skin.
Summer is the time for us to rest but never forget to prepare for another chapter in your school life! :)
P.S. These photos were taken last summer in Boracay.

FOREVER ALONE DAY
It's the month of hearts. Yet, I don't feel it. Today is February 15, 2013. Yesterday is Heart's day. But singles felt like it's just another Thursday, another day of school. Some call them "Independence Day." The reason behind this is that they don't have dates for the day. And we are just bitter about this.
I'm not excited for Valentine's day at all. But there are certain things that I like about this day. Chocolates are on sale! I can buy them for myself to eat alone. And it is the chance for me and my friends to have a "date." It's our "tradition." We eat lunch together at a certain restaurant. And to tease lovers.
People at school received gifts from their valentines. While we singles enjoy our day with our friends. Gifts are not the one that matters. What matters most is the people who are with you, and happiness.
That's all for now! I'll keep you posted.
